CHEMPEX will implement two projects for ORLEN Unipetrol RPA.
The first project concerns the replacement of the APEX plate heat exchangers and the steam preheaters of the exchangers. The project was initiated due to irreversible damage to the equipment. The implementation of the project will be in the form of a turnkey delivery and covers the replacement of exchangers for preheating the combustion air of the atmospheric distillation heater and exchangers for preheating the combustion air of HRBi heater at NRL Litvínov.
The project will be implemented in cooperation with Euro-Apex B.V., The Netherlands, Mostecká montážní a.s. and INELSEV s.r.o.
The second project concerns the replacement of the convection section of the heater 2301-B01. The implementation of the project will include: design and construction work, material supply, author supervision and chief assembly. The convection tube system will be completely replaced (the existing steam superheater will be reused), internal supports, refractory lining and chimney.
The project will be implemented together with fy. P K I – Teplotechna Brno spol. s.r.o.
Both of the above mentioned projects will be implemented during refinery shut down in 2024.
